Q: I want to buy a property in Chandigarh with a budget is Rs. 40-50 lakh. I have looked at The Valley by DLF in Sector 2, Panchkula and another project by Omaxe called Silver Births. I am looking for a property towards Pinjore or towards Mullanpur. I can also look other options, if any in Zirakpur or that is close to the army area.
Answer: The Valley by DLF is located in Sector 2, Panchkula, while Silver Birch by Omaxe is in Mullanpur. Panchkula is already habited with decent social infrastructure while Mullanpur is on the outskirts of the city, some 3-km away from Chandigarh but both are ready-to-move-in projects.The average price of Panchkula, Mullanpur, ‘The Valley’ by DLF and Siver Births are Rs 3,900, Rs 3,300 per sqft, Rs 3,275 per sqft and of Rs 3,150 per sqft respectfully.As both projects are ready-to-move-in, you can immediately take possession. However, you should make the purchase keeping in mind that Silver Birch by Omaxe is cheaper but located in the outskirts while The Valley by DLF is a bit costlier but in the established locality of Panchkula.
