Q: I'm planning to buy a 1 or 2BHK flat at Dwarka Expressway. My budget is around Rs 25 lakh. Are affordable homes a good option to buy in? I am getting a 2BHK flat in Zara Awaas and Ramada Aalayas, both in Sector 104 at this price. Which one should I choose? I am also considering Pyramid Urban Homes in Sector 70A, Gurgaon. Is this a good investment bet?
Answer: Ramada Aalyas has big sizes of properties in comparison to Zara Awaas. On the other hand, Pyramid is offering good options in 1-2BHK units. Before zeroing down on a project or scheme go through the terms and conditions, legal status, amenities, banks involved and how much will be the down payment, discounts etc involved. If you are buying for investment then you can ignore various factors but if you are purchasing for end use then consider where your workplace is. The social and physical infra should be in place especially if you are with family, security, water, sewerage etc.
