Answer: Lavasa is a huge project and it is difficult to predict its future prospects as normal market conditions do not apply to this area. Although there are no urban settlements near Lavasa project but still it is gaining popularity as senior living. For long time investment it is a good project. On the other hand Sobha international project has modest growth prospects in next 3-4 years hence it is advisable to wait for that period to get, more profit.
