Answer: Only farmers can buy farmland. Addition to it if someone buys a farm land he first has to convert it into residential property to construct anything. Moreover the residential plots are easier to sell. In your budget, places where you can invest are Gachibowli, Jewel County, Chanda Nagar, Adibatla.
