Answer: It is marketed exclusively by HDFC Realty. There is reportedly a 9% p.a. interest on third-party insurance against any delay in delivery by the developer. Two projects, viz., EKTA Parksville (1, 2 and 3 BHK apartments) in Virar (from Rs 24 lakhs) and EKTA Greenville (2 & 3 BHK apartments) in Nashik (from Rs30 lakhs) are thus being marketed. A viable bet commercially but legality must be checked. Get a legal opinion before going ahead with the purchase.
