Answer: As the locations have been chosen to start negotiating and buy. In both these sectors, you have plenty of options which are priced at Rs6000/sq. ft. Projects such as Logix Group and Unnati Fortune are the good options where you can invest. Go for the property which is nearing completion or ready to move in. Investing in under-construction property could be risky.
