Question: I want to invest in JD Balaji Dream City in Bagodara, Ahmedabad near Dholera. Is it a good investment opportunity? My budget is Rs10 lakhs. Also, please tell me about Dholera as an investment destination.
Answer: The project will be ready by 2017. You can get plots of 1350, 2700 and 5400 sq. ft. It was launched in 2011; there are 1500 plots available for sale from developer or in secondary sale which will be handed over in Dec 2016. Dholera's fortunes are tied to the DMIC corridor. There needs to be a good number of jobs created for the investment to grow.
