Question: I want to invest in an apartment with a budget of Rs 35 – Rs 40 lakhs. I have two options - Delhi NCR or Hyderabad. Which one do you suggest?
Answer: In Noida Extension or Greater Noida you would get properties that are under construction. Here the government and the courts are trying to push developers into completing construction projects but the problem persists. In Ghaziabad, most of the projects in this range are along NH-24 where there is a proposal to widen the road but there are some litigation issues. In Hyderabad, we can see properties in places like Manikonda, Miyapur, and Kukatpalli in this budget. There are also a lot of under construction properties in this budget.
