Question: My father has been allotted a 1BHK flat through lottery system by Yamuna Expressway. The payment is in instalments till possession in 2021. My father does not want to continue and instead wants to transfer the flat in my name and want documentations of transfer to be done now and not wait till 2021. What is the legal procedure for same as only allotment letter is there?
