Question: I have invested in a 2 BHK in Agarwal Paradise in Virar West. I bought this property in 2013 for investment purpose. It is a ready property. The rates in 2015 were Rs. 5,691/sq ft, but now it is Rs. 5,100/sq ft. I want good returns on my property and am willing to hold till 2020 if it gives me good returns. Should I hold or sell?
Answer: I would suggest holding on to the investment. The various factors affecting the real estate market such as RERA, GST, GDP growth etc will slowly start getting positive and can start giving good returns.
