Question: My budget is Rs 30 – Rs 35 lakhs and I want to buy a 2 BHK property in Neemrana, Rajasthan. I have shortlisted Novell Ikebana. This is a pre-launch project. Should I invest in this?
Answer: Neemrana is a newly developing locality with small real estate prospects. Across the Delhi NCR there have been huge delays in delivery over the past several years. I would not advice investing in a pre-launch project. According to the information on our site, this project is under construction. A 2BHk of 900 - 1150 sq ft is available for Rs 28 - 33 lakh. These could be ready-to-move-in or under construction properties. Novell Ikebana by Novell Group is offering 2 and 3BHK flats of 915 - 1250 sq ft within Rs 24 - 33 lakh which is as per the locality rates. This is the first green project of Neemrana which is located on NH-8. It is well connected to Delhi and Jaipur Highway.
