Azad Maidan Police Station has recorded statements of 50 home buyers which are mostly NRI’s to produce enough evidence against Aggarwal. These home buyers were promised to get flats in his Andheri project which was not delivered in time. Earlier, 38 home buyers had filed the complaint against Pujit Aggarwal with EOW.
