4:33Now PlayingAfter a historic one-sided mandate in the National Capital, Praja Foundation through its latest MLA report card which evaluates the performance of Delhi MLAs has drawn largely an unflattering picture, which henceforth, will also serve as a wake-up call for the people's representatives. According to the report, MLAs did not discuss the mosquito menace at all in the assembly. This is despite 21 people dying of dengue in Delhi and citizens logging over 10,000 complaints. Only 5 issues regarding drainage were raised in the assembly by the MLAs. However, this poor performance reflects in the report card as well which has rated 72% MLAs as underperformers.
