Question: I bought a 173 sq. yard plot (an independent floor) in a project by Ansal. I then asked Ansal to buy it back from me. I have been unable to sell the plot since it is not registered. When I approach HUDA for registration, HUDA said that only the properties whose area is above 180 sq. yard can be registered. We are not able to sell this plot since it is not registered.
Answer: Seem to be a case of cheating and fraud having sold a plot of a size not permissible. Also initiate legal proceeding for refund and damages.
