Question: I had a family arrangement nine years back. There are two flats and a shop. Within three brothers the shares were distributed but agreements weren't registered. What can be done? Does it hold in court or should we make fresh agreements?
Answer: For registering an agreement you will have to pay stamp duty and registration charges also get the old agreement registered if you have made one and immediately get the agreement registered.
