Question: I have a budget of Rs 80 lakh. I have lived my entire life in Andheri and I am currently living in Jogeshwari. I am planning to buy a place to stay and the places in mind are either Mira Road or Kharghar. My question to you is which place would be a better option for me. Also I am looking for a 2 BHK and I am okay with possession in a couple of years as well.
Answer: I would suggest you to go for Kharghar rather than Mira road. There will be development coming up in Kharghar in next five years. The commencement of Trans harbour link, development of Navi Mumbai Airport, the extension of the freeway and railway lines are the important part of it. It has a good and modern infrastructure compared to Mira Road. Also Kharghar is slightly cheaper than Mira Road. So I would suggest you to go for Kharghar.
