Question : I want to buy a 2 BHK apartment in either NH24 Ghaziabad or Noida Extension and my budget is around Rs 45 lakh. Please suggest which location is better in terms of future appreciation.
Answer : Between the two, I will be little tilted towards Noida Extension. Looking at the overall infrastructure, the expected price escalations are better and so is traffic. The area is well connected to Noida and Delhi. If I have to compare both locations, then both these micro markets have their own advantages, but Noida Extension has an edge over NH24 Ghaziabad.
