Question: I took a home loan from a private bank, what all documents do I need to collect after repaying the loan? I don’t have any acknowledgements as the bank possesses all property related documents.

Answer: I would suggest you to take a look at the agreement you must have had signed, have a look at the appendix, in it, it will be mentioned of what documents the bank possesses. Typically, you will have to collect your title deeds, share certificates of society, discharge letter and no objection certificate. There is nothing to worry, all you have to do is have a look at the agreement.
