as posted by the channelIn a development in the Bengaluru School of horrors, the magistrate recorded the statement of the toddlers under Section 188 on Thursday (March 2) who were subjected to molestation by the school supervisor. Section 188 clearly deals with the confession of the victims. Till now, more than 40 parents have filed a complaint against the school, the accused supervisor and the principal.
