I have shortlisted two properties—Shobha Avenues, Vaswani Exquisite, Brigade Lakefront, Prestige Lakeside Habitat. Which is a better project?
A: You are clearly very brand-conscious, which is why the price points would be above market. Also, this is in Whitefield where the per square feet prices range in Rs 5,000 to Rs 7,000. If given a choice, I would suggest to stay in the lower end of the range because Whitefield is a very price-sensitive market.
