2:50Now PlayingExpert: Ashwinder Raj Singh, CEO, Residential Services
Question: What would be your advice about a flat in Lodha Belmondo on Mumbai-Pune expressway? Should I hold it now if so for how long? Or should I sell it immediately at a loss?
Answer: Real estate investment should always be a long term investment and one should look at tenure of minimum 5 to 6 years to generate good returns and avoid taxations like capital gains. Lodha Belmondo is in that location which is upcoming and will take time to develop. However holding this asset for next 2 to 3 years will definitely give you good returns. Currently selling that property at loss is not advisable. The infrastructure development in that area is promising and such properties will be in demand in near future.
