Answer: Rs 90 lakh is a decent budget, but decision of buying an apartment is dependent on lot of factors such as work place, schools and other social infrastructure facilities. It would be great if you are able to further elaborate your requirement. However with the budget of 90 lakhs, you can definitely look at locations such as Baner Annex, Wakad, and Balewadi - if western corridor is your preference.
In the eastern corridor of town areas you can also look at Kharadi and Keshav Nagar which very promising locations.
In the southern corridor you should definitely explore areas such as NIBM and Undri as well. All the micro markets mentioned are the preferred destinations in Pune, but it is matter of preference of an individual to be in which part of city. All three corridors mentioned have great infrastructure in place and are in demand.
