On May 16, Delhi health secretary wrote a letter to all 3 municipal corporations to verify the data regarding total deaths. In our responses on 17, it was clear that there's a difference in State & MCD nos. but Delhi govt still didn't wake up. Says Jai Prakash North MCD.
