The accused pretended that he was a doctor from the Ram Manohar Lohiya Hospital, he asked people for money in the name of travel expenses and after the money was transferred, he would disappear. One of the victims of this man has been Delhi Vidhan Sabha speaker Ram Nivas Goyal. The accused has now been arrested and booked under cheating.
