4:15Now PlayingSwarm of Locusts has been spotted in parts of Gurugram, they were seen around Dwarka, Expressway today. In the wake up of an attack Delhi, Air Traffic Control has asked pilots of all airlines to take necessary precautions during landing and takeoff. These giant insects were seen in parts of Haryana as well. A monitoring team has been up by the government and the required operations are underway.
According to the Agricultural Ministry, strong flowing winds which were recently witnessed in the Northern districts especially in Delhi NCR area have resulted in this locust attack.
