Auto drivers in Karnataka have said that despite easing of lockdown restrictions, passengers are not forthcoming when using their services.
An auto driver Shiv Kumar narrates his ordeal saying that his earning has reduced from ₹ 1700 daily to ₹ 300 now. With such low earning he had to postpone the vaccination of his 2-year-old toddler and is also not able to pay his rent or electricity bill.
