2:13Now PlayingA major boiler blast has been reported from Neyveli Lignite Corporation Thermal Plant in Tamil Nadu’s Cuddalore district. 16 people have been severely injured in this explosion and have been hospitalized for further treatment. A similar instance had taken place on the 8th of April this year in the same area killing five people, and now 6 people succumbed to this eruption and many others are still reported missing. The search operation is still underway. After the blast came in the notice, the local police and authorities had also rushed to the spot.
