The film allegedly as per the complaint is based on the murder in Nalgonda district. The father of the boy has filed a case in the court stating that the film has the potential to influence and affect the ongoing court proceedings on the murder trial. The filmmaker is yet to make a comment on the charges and clarify the issue regarding the allegations being levelled against the film. The filmmaker had unveiled the first poster of the film on June 21, on his Twitter and had stated that it was the true story of the incident in Telangana. The police probe is underway.
