After being arrested in Ujjain yesterday, he was brought back to Uttar Pradesh, along with the police force and Uttar Pradesh Special Task Force (STF). It is said that the gangster took advantage of the situation, as it was raining and it was difficult for the convoy to move ahead. He took a gun in his hand and pointed at the policemen. The encounter happened early morning. It is also said that he had a court hearing but the encounter took place at around 6:30 AM- 7 AM. He was brought in a Mahindra TUV300 along with a convey.
