He then talks about how the serosurvey was previously carried out in containment zones in Delhi and now the serosurvey was carried out in the entire state. He states that around 24% of the population of Delhi has recovered from the infection. He says the rate at which the sero survey was carried out will eventually increase and more people will recover from the global infection.
