The Sero Survey was held to estimate the spread of Coronavirus. The Delhi Government has released the reports on public domain today and the results are quite alarming. One out of four people in Delhi has been affected with COVID-19.
How relevant is the survey? Should we be concerned? How should policies change basis Sero Survey results?
AAP’s Akshay Marathe says, ‘We are not taking any decisions based on this survey. We will not, at this point, be in a position to change or evolve our strategy based on the results of sero survey’.
Whereas, Former Professor & Head, Centre for Community Medicine, AIIMS Delhi, Dr Chandrakant Pandav says,’ If the methodology is not right, the results don't mean anything. There is a lot of missing information here’.
