Chennai and Tamilnadu facing its last and total lockdown Sunday for the month of July.
No shops including vegetable shops, grocery stores, restaurants will be open to control people crowding up.
Such lockdowns considered to have worked in Chennai where the infection spread has currently seen a pause phase with numbers decreasing from 2000 average to 1300.
However, the situation vulnerable in other districts where the numbers are on the rise.
Meanwhile Chief Minister Edapadi K Palanisamy to discuss with district Collectors soon about future planning where it would be discussed to extend the plan or not.
