It was reported that biomedical waste was not being disposed of as per guidelines. There are flies as the waste is thrown in an open ground.
It is said that the Delhi government decided that all the COVID deaths which were happening will have the bodies cremated at Punjabi Bagh crematorium. Various PPE kits and masks were lying out in the open.
This is a CNG crematorium of Punjabi Bagh. People have thrown gloves and masks in the open and it has been thrown like garbage. There exists a safety protocol that has been designed for dumping such waste.
