It has now gone to 10 days. The national average doubling rate is at 20 days. There are various reasons cited for the same. The total positive cases in the city stand at 43,503 and about 10 days ago the total cases stood at 22,944. There are various reasons behind the massive doubling rate that are contributing to the factors. Initially, Bengaluru model was lauded nationally for the 4T model that was implemented in the state, Bengaluru has also brought in new technological changes in the 4T model. The tracing has now been limited to family members and those who have spent 15 minutes with a COVID positive patient.
