HC has issued notice to govt to follow ICMR guidelines regarding COVID-19. The govt is also asked to ramp up RT/PCR tests. Along with this, the NCDC Nero survey is also been taken note of.
Ayushman says the dependence of Delhi govt on antigen kits is high despite false-negative reports. The ratio between PCR tests to an antigen test is 1:3. HC questions govt on not fully utilising the RT/PCR testing capacity. 4 lakh cases have been tested in Delhi where 14% were false negative due to the antigen test.
