2:15Now PlayingA plea has been filed in the Supreme Court seeking an ex DGP from the probe panel of dreaded gangster Vikas Dubey case. The petitioner stated that the ex DGP had given an interview on the matter which allegedly showed his bias. To this, the Solicitor General said that the statement was made prior to the ex DGP being appointed to the panel. The plea was filed by two advocates Ghanshyam Upadhyay and Anoop Awasthi and they are seeking a replacement or removal of the ex DGP. On account of certain media statements, he has made a biased statement. The Chief Justice of India is not impressed with this line of arguments.
