as posted by the channelDays after Karnataka CM BS Yediyurappa attended an event in Bengaluru and tested positive for COVID-19, another leader is seen flouting the COVID norms. Congress leader D.K. Shivakumar visited a temple in Gulbarga today.
The leader attracted a large crowd and the norms of social distancing are flouted. Many of these people were also not wearing masks.
The active cases in the state of Karnataka stands at 74,000 but it seems as if the leaders are least bothered about these numbers. After BS Yediyurappa tested positive, opposition leader Siddaramaiah has also tested positive.
The norms for COVID-19 seem to be in place only for the locals and not the leaders.
