Actor Rhea Chakraborty's lawyer has moved the Supreme Court and filed a petition stating that Bihar police and the Bihar government has no jurisdiction since the case took place in Maharashtra and thereby the Bihar government cannot try and move order for a CBI inquiry.
Chirag Paswan states that he is not a lawyer but he has taken a legal understanding of the case. He suggests that if an FIR is registered in a state, so the state has all the power to recommend or to handover the particular case from their state to CBI.
