Sushant Singh Rajput's family lawyer also stated that they are waiting for his father to go ahead and make a request to the Chief Minister. The statement came amidst the political war between Bihar and Maharashtra where Bihar police is thoroughly investigating into the case but Mumbai police is creating a blockade in it.
The family now wants CBI to take over the case. Chirag Paswan too suggested to Nitish Kumar to order a CBI probe into the death case.
