Bihar IPS officer Vinay Tiwari was assigned the task to lead the probe into late actor Sushant Singh Rajput's death case. The Patna cop was sent to the 14-day quarantine by the BMC soon after his arrival in Mumbai on August 2.
Bihar Police started probing the case after late actor Sushant Singh Rajput's father filed an FIR in Patna on July 25. The deceased's father has accused Rhea Chakraborty of abetting the actor's suicide, keeping him in wrongful confinement, and defrauding him of crores of rupees.
