While the Central Bureau of Investigation is looking after the case in its totality, the Enforcement Directorate is investigating on the ‘money laundering’ charges and now the Narcotics Control Bureau is all set to probe the ‘drug angle’ as well.
A team from Delhi has moved for Mumbai, where the investigations will take place. The CBI team has investigated Sushant’s flatmate Siddharth Pithani and Neeraj till late last night. Apart from these key witnesses, the CBI has also groped in Rhea Chakraborty’s brother Showick Chakraborty and he was questioned with Siddharth Pithani.
The NCB team of Mumbai has already left for Goa, where Rhea’s apparent close aide is in hiding.
