1:10Now PlayingAmidst the heavy rainfall that wreaked havoc in the state of Odisha, the IMD has issued flash floods alert in Odisha. Bhadrak district has been majorly impacted due to the floods and as many as 1.5 lakh people and 143 villages in the district are affected by the floods.
It is also reported that nearly 1,400 houses were destroyed and about 3,858 people have been rescued from the heavy rainfall so far. It is also reported that 14 people have lost their lives across the state of Odisha.
Heavy rainfall has wreaked havoc and made it difficult for people to survive in flood and rainfall hit areas. Not only people are having difficulty in finding a place for shelter but also have lost their lives. It is difficult for people to commute to areas.
