2:27Now PlayingDefence Minister Rajnath Singh, who is currently in Russia, also met his Chinese counterpart Wei Fenghe, in order to break the India-China deadlock. Rajnath Singh led a delegation-level talk in Moscow. The meeting is the first major political contact between the two countries ever since the Galwan clash which broke out in June.
According to the sources, in the two-hour-long meeting, the Line of Actual Control was discussed and the Chinese counterparts have stated that India is to be blamed for the tensions that broke out. If this is, in fact, true, what the Chinese said, and then surely it’s a long way ahead for both the nations to deal with the situation at LAC.
Defence Minister Rajnath Singh was accompanied by Indian ambassadors to Moscow and other officials as well in this meeting.
