According to Dipesh Sawant’s lawyer, Dipesh was in the custody of NCB for more than 24 hours and the plea for same has been filed in the Supreme Court. Dipesh has only been charged because he was Sushant’s employee and was following the commands and bringing things for all of them. The NCB has taken him into custody because they would confront him with Rhea Chakraborty as well, adds Dipesh’s lawyer.
