He states that the case was put up in front of the court, and the custody was taken on September 4. He further adds that he was detained with them. On being asked if they will move to a higher court, the lawyer states that an application has already been filed in the trial court and it has called in for a say of the Narcotics Control Bureau. He says till the application is not decided, he cannot move to a higher court. Rajendra further adds that Dipesh is in custody based on the knowledge he had about who was entering Sushant Singh Rajput's apartment.
