In the morning outside Rhea Chakraborty's house, there was no police presence despite the fact that she is continuously receiving death and rape threats and have sought protection from Mumbai police.
Also, as of now Narcotics Control Bureau's case is based on some WhatsApp chats. As per legal experts, this is not enough for any investigating agency to build a case. Also, apart from WhatsApp chats, NCB has some confessional statements of some co-accused. These confessional statements were recorded when the accused were in the custody of the agency. As per legal experts, those confessional statements will also not be of much value in the court to build a case.
