"The FIR filed by Mumbai Police has been accessed. It seems that Bandra police station is a second home to Rhea Chakraborty. The FIR is illegal and invalid. The Supreme Court had given liberty to Mumbai police for the cognisable offence and give the same to CBI. The liberty was never to file an FIR. Rhea Chakraborty could have given the same statement to CBI and it would have been added to the FIR, if relevant. There is an SC ruling, wherein an FIR cannot be filed against a doctor without a medical team's involvement", says, Lawyer of Sushant Singh Rajput's family Vikas Singh.
