Rhea Chakraborty filed the FIR in Mumbai's Bandra police station. Rhea Chakraborty has said that the accused hatched a conspiracy and obtained a false prescription on a government letterhead containing banned medicines and annexed the same without supervising dose and quantity which may result into a chronic anxiety attack and resulted into the commission of suicide.
Mumbai police filed an FIR under IPC 306- abetment to suicide, IPC 420 - cheating, IPC 464- making a false document, IPC 465- punishment for forgery, IPC 466- forgery of record of court or public register.
