Earlier, Bombay High Court had claimed that there is something suspicious in the Civic Body. The Court stated, ‘BMC did not follow normal procedures. A simple photograph before demolishment was not taken. Something fishy is going on in BMC’. In counter to this BCN said that they witnessed some repair work at the site.
