PM states that this only goes on to show insult and disrespect for farmers, by burning something that is of value to them. The incident, is a result of nationwide protests that have been going on against the new farm law bills.
“Some people are against the new farm laws just for the sake of it… they do not want the farmers to sell in an open market because they can’t make a profit off of it… they are against the freedom of the farmers," says the Prime Minister.
